[ET Net News Agency, 4 September 2026] The Hang Seng Index opened 302 points higher today at 25,515. It reached a high of 25,791, up 578 points, and a low of 25,515, up 302 points. The Hang Seng Index closed up 437 points, or 1.7%, at 25,650.
Southbound funds recorded a net outflow of HK$10.02b for the full day, compared to a net inflow of HK$3.4b on the previous session. The top stocks by net Southbound buying were MINIMAX-W(00100), Z.AI(02513), KB LAMINATES(01888) and BABA-W(09988) in that order. The top stocks by net selling were TENCENT(00700), SMIC(00981), AKESO(09926), GENSCRIPT BIO(01548) and HUA HONG GRACE(01347) in that order.
